CATHY NAILS

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The technician rushed through the service, applied the acrylic poorly, and the polish had several unpainted spots. I contacted her the next day to respectfully explain that I wasn’t satisfied, but she became offended instead of addressing the issue professionally. I paid $55 and was left with nails that looked completely messy. The only solution she offered was to repaint the areas she had missed, which was not acceptable given the overall poor quality. I ended up going to another salon and paying double to have my nails fixed. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this place.

Cathy was super nice and is amazing with nail art, she takes the time to ensure you feel comfortable and that your nails turn out how you want them, I highly recommend

A whole bunch of red flags, 1:she asked how much my usual nail tech charges, on the phone she said a different price but when I told her how much I usually pay she upped the price. 2:NEVER get your nails done at a HAIR SALON, my lesson was learned. 3: it was not clean. I’m not from here and I called a bunch of places in Turlock and she happened to answer. I’m a licensed active hair stylist and this place needs to be inspected FOR SURE. The lady was nice though. Do not come here

I absolutely love Cathy! She is such a sweet heart and is constantly making sure she creates a good experience for her clients. I’ve been coming to her since November 2023 and I still love my nails every time!
