Catskill Cryo - Whole Body Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna, Red Light Therapy

Words aren’t sufficient to describe what a wonderful experience we had at Cryo Catskills yesterday! First and foremost Sandy was an absolute pleasure to deal with, she educated us, enlightened us, didn’t rush us and made us laugh all the while. It was my first time experiencing CryoTherapy and I’m a believer! I have an auto immune issue and after the Infra Red Sauna and Cryo treatment I was able to walk with ease. I left feeling invigorated, rejuvenated and happy. Thank you for the amazing experience. I appreciate what you did for myself and my girlfriend. We will be back SOON! She also gave us both the most beautiful and thoughtful reminder that life isn’t about the materialistic things, but about the experiences we share with one another. I’ll cherish this always. For all of you who may have looked in the window or wondered what Cryo is. Next time don’t look in. Go in. It is life changing. I have been in pain with my knees for years (post replacements) and Cryo is my life saver. Even after my first visit I started to feel a difference. With Sandy’s knowledge and cryo treatments I am a whole new person. Thanks Sandy for being so caring and knowledgeable.

I frequent this place as my go to haven. Cryo is a must try; I love it and do it as much as I can. Sandy, the owner, is the BEST! Knowledgable, kind, and caring. The studio itself is clean, organized, and fantastic. The Cryo/drip experience is bar none my favorite!!!! If you are thinking about checking this place out you must. It’s helped me so much—all four seasons— to feel and look my best!!!! Cryo itself is the perfect blend of something that’s challenging but incredibly rewarding with immediate results for mood, attention, energy, and focus!!!

This place is an absolute gem. Sauna and cryotherapy among others are great and reasonable priced. The space has a calming and easygoing vibe, and the owner is delightful and helpful.
