I originally left a review after one of my nails was completely chipped and poorly finished following my appointment. I was really disappointed with the initial result. After posting my review, the salon reached out and offered to fix the nail at no cost. They were very accommodating in scheduling me quickly, and the technician took the time to properly repair it. My nails now look great, and I’m happy with how they turned out. They also offered my boyfriend a complimentary pedicure while I was there, which was a thoughtful gesture. I do want to mention that I was asked multiple times to take down my original review, which made me slightly uncomfortable. I believe honest feedback is important, both positive and negative. I am so happy with my nails! A group of me and my friends came in just before closing, and they were really accommodating despite how annoying that probably was for them. The woman I was with took a lot of care to properly shape my nails, and all my friends were satisfied too. The workers were nice, even when I switched my polish color last minute. I came back and got a design, and MARIA did a wonderful job. If you want a design, make sure you bring in a reference photo.

My daughter and I came in for acrylic sets and pedicures, and we were so impressed! The service was excellent — friendly, professional, and very detail-oriented. Our nails look beautiful, and the whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Travel all over the US. Hands down one of the best places I’ve been. Didn’t have an appointment, was a walk in, fit me in as soon as they could. Made me feel welcomed and not rushed. Beautiful, thin, natural looking nails. Staff was amazing!

The folks at the downtown location of Cayuga Nail Spa were absolutely lovely. I don’t have a lot of experience getting my nails done, but they made me feel so comfortable. A couple of technicians worked on my nails, and were so helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me choose the best service based on my lifestyle and aesthetic, and were so patient with me when I had questions. I chipped one of my nails the morning after I had them done, and they fixed it quickly and kindly when I stopped in again. I love how my nails turned out, but most importantly I loved the experience and meeting the good people who work there. Looking forward to visiting again soon.
