WORST massage place that I have ever visited. Zero customer service and just a completely horrible experience. I was overcharged for $260 just to receive a 5 min massage. I hate leaving bad reviews but this was just an awful experience. I don’t recommend this place.

Customer service was excellent — easy to book, friendly staff, no rushing, and no upselling. Prices are reasonable for the quality of service you receive.

Must have caught them on an off day. My fault for also calling in the morning for a same day appointment. But the masseuse was there alone so she had to leave mid massage to let some other people in. There was also no way for me to communicate specific needs with her as language was a barrier and she never really asked. I showed up 10 minutes early hoping that there would be some sort of 5 minute conversation about what hurts the most, what kind of pressure I wanted, etc. I will try this place again I think, but this first go was not the best.
