Cedric provided excellent customer service!!! Safe and quality services during this pandemic... His shop is clean, nicely decorated with smooth tunes playing in the background. My hair was a mess! First, Cedric did a consultation and really listened to my concerns. I wasn't really sure what to do since my hair hadn't been professionally done in a while. He did a wash, trim and press... I felt like a new woman 👩 Thanks, Cedric!

Cedric does an excellent job. He's a bit hard to get a hold of some times but when ur busy ur busy I suppose. I can say without a doubt he does an excellent job my son is autistic and wanted locs and Cedric with seeming ease was able to get the job and keep my at the time 7yr old contained and 3yrs later we've never had to go anywhere else. My boy loves his locs I'm always given info on his hair and care tips. My only real complaint is the call back time other than that amazing place amazing service amazing Loctician

I brought my son in last Saturday to have his locs done and Cedric did a phenomenal job! Cedric was professional, informative, and, for the hours of work he did, the price was more than reasonable. We will definitely be back in January for a follow-up appointment.

So, I have to share my experience. It was horribke and shameful. I went in to his shop with my 7 'Natural Locz' that I have in hopes of some proper cultural knowledge and skill to maintain and out some love in to my dreads before the New a year. Instead, I got laughed at and told that I didn't have dreads, I had knots. But they are dreads. Just not done his way. He said 500 bucks and I'll do your whole head. He wouldn't touch my head unless he got to do it his way and a whole head not just maintain n have them take their time to lock as they have done in the past. Due to my heritage and my way of naturally locking my dreads, I got shunned and told me to call him if he wants it done the righr way. Horrible....

Would not recommend. I had scheduled a follow up appointment to have my hair done for my birthday and on the day of the appointment the shop was closed with no notice or call. I had even left a message and never heard back from him, which is no surprise considering how he never answers the phone. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
