Celebrity Tan + Wellness

I went to Celebrity Tanning in QC for my very first tanning experience, and had a very positive one. The two girls at the front were friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. Riley was super sweet explaining and demonstrating the spray tan poses to me.

It’s no secret that Celebrity Tanning is one of the nicer tanning salons in the valley. Upscale beds and decent facilities. However, the management and the demographic they hire is a blatant problem. The young girls they staff their locations with are most always rude and look like they couldn’t care less to be there. Not to mention when you walk in, it immediately feels as though these girls are judging you and annoyed you even stepped foot inside the store, making it clear customer service is an afterthought. This Queen Creek location is by far the worst when it comes to that. I’ve never seen someone older than early twenties working at any of these locations, which wouldn’t be a problem if the service were strong. It would be nice to see someone more mature working alongside these girls

I have had a great experience at the Queen Creek location. The girls have been friendly, the facility clean, and the tanning beds are good quality. The only suggestion I would have is to get another red light bed, it is very popular and usually has a wait.

All of the locations have great beds and they are constantly upgrading equipment to the latest tanning beds. Love that. It’s great that you can go to any location you’d like with your membership. The only downside is all of the employees are very young and 50% of them are extremely rude and don’t have good customer service, especially at the queen creek location. There are only two specific girls that work at that location that are actually kind and care about how they treat people.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I bought a pass for my daughter, and when she went to check in, the front desk staff was shockingly rude. The courtesy and professionalism you’d expect from customer service were completely nonexistent. Very disappointing experience.
