Center for Cosmetic Dermatology

Having visited the Center for Cosmetic Dermatology, in York, for decades (now 76 yrs). I've seen three of their doctors over the years. I love going in to see Dr. Kathryn Nicholson. She is aware of my conservative wishes, finds just the "right needs" for Me, and her mannerisms are so kind and caring. Anytime I have questions, she has taken care of any concerns. This is definitely "The Cosmetic Place To Go" in the York, PA, area. Makes me feel young!

I absolutely recommend the laser hair removal. I'm in my upper 40's and wish I knew about this when I was in my 20's. I've had legs and arms, under arms, and Brazilian done and have not needed a razor for years. Depends on your tolerance for pain it feels like a rubber band or tattoo, or it could tickle. I've never had a problem with the staff. All the ladies have been so nice and make you feel comfortable. Veronica is just a sweetheart, she talks with you and explains everything.

They take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident throughout your care. The clinic itself is extremely professional, well-run, and welcoming. From scheduling to appointments, everything feels seamless and thoughtful. You can tell they care about their patients and take great pride in the quality of their work.
