Center Stage

Went in for a facial promotion they were advertising on social media. However was not a facial at all, they did not change the sheets or sanitize the area after the Last person. They walked out of the room I walked straight after them in the same room. The whole idea of this promotion is to sell the facial wand and other products. I was really looking forward to having a relaxing facial but that was not the experience. If you're looking for traditional facial treatments experience, this is not the place.

The staff is really friendly, but they don't provide what they promise. The results are really minimal. I purchased several different specific packages and when I address not seeing results, their only response is to buy another package. I was also promised to have priority in appointments, but only once have I not had to wait at least 45 minutes. The price is 5 star but service runs at 1.

Beware. Went in for a facial only to experience an extremely high pressured sales pitch to buy a $7,000 facial wand. Music was way too loud. Sat up in a chair. Not relaxing at all. Very emotionally draining being constantly pressured.

This store is a waste of retail space. They don’t carry all the products nor do they attempt to try to order them. They just push their light wand which will set you back $1000.00.
