I have been seeing stylist Rataya for a couple of months now, and initially I had good experiences with simple sew in weaves. Those appointments went well, which is why I trusted her when she told me she could do a closure installation. During this appointment, it became clear that she was not experienced with closures. She paused my appointment for approximately 45 minutes to Google and watch YouTube videos on how to install a closure. She also called a colleague over two separate times for assistance. Throughout the appointment, she repeatedly stated that she was “a little worried,” which further added to my concern. This should have been addressed before accepting the service, not during the appointment itself. Because she could not figure out how to install the closure correctly, she
