I have been getting my nails done for 25 years and I've never seen such incompetence. He started by soaking the polish off of my hands for the ENTIRE TIME he worked on my pedi. That over softens and damages the nail when you take the polish off and grind them. I can't even take my shoes on and off or use my phone. He was in a huge hurry. Skipped steps and did a terrible job on my cuticles and then polished over them because he was in such a hurry he wasn't careful to paint up TO them. They peeled off within 2 days because when they grew off the cuticle there was a huge ridge that got caught on everything! Total waste of money. Not only that my time is worth something too. Now I have to redo them.

Definitely the best pedicure in SWFL!! I've been to so many that try to rush you out in 15 minutes. My guy took his time, gave a great massage, and the gel came out perfect!

I walked in last minute without an appointment on a weekday and the place was empty. I was immediately seated for a pedicure. I felt pain 3-5 times during the filing tool process. Never had this before. When asked if I wanted a massage also I said no. I was given the massage anyways and charged for it. I didn't say anything as I was in town to getaway and relax. Overall the resulting pedicure looks nice.

Update. They apparently do not want business, not mine anyway. One person getting a pedicure, one person drying their nails, two other techs sitting idly by and I was told that they were too busy. No offer to wait, no offer to make a future appointment. Just pretty much we don't want your business! Message received. Time to cross them off the list and I will not bother them again! When they want to, they give decent service. Although walk-ins are supposedly welcome, I have been turned away twice. I was curious to see if they would get three strikes, but was able to get a spa pedicure which I really enjoyed. A little skimpy on the leg rub/massage, otherwise nice and relaxing with a friendly older gentleman who was my tech.
