Central Nails

I recently visited Central Nails for a manicure for my upcoming Wedding Day. I visited on a Tuesday afternoon and I was a walk-in. It wasn't terribly busy and I was seen almost immediately. Christina was my main nail technician and she was very professional, she took her time, went the extra mile for me, and did a lovely job! I went in with an idea and a picture of what I wanted my bridal nails to look like, and she helped me creat my image beautifully. I wanted a small blue heart on my left pinky nail and she mixed two different shades of blue polish together to create just the right shade for me. I felt the price was very fair at $38, we didn't use any acrylic nails or do anything very fancy, I think. I do recommend bringing cash to pay with because using a card will cost you just

Took 1 hour and 15 minutes just to remove my nails, it never even took that long to get them done. They also charged $20 for removal when most good places charge $10. On top of that, the place didn’t feel hygienic at all. Definitely not worth it.

My nails literally lasted less than three days spoke to the business owner female, and she said she never had nothing like this. I explained to her that even the gel on my toes were chipped and she didn’t even care or consider to even look at them . I spent over $100, and it was Thanksgiving weekend. She wants to make it seem like I did this on purpose . Because I wanted to have a missing nail for the holidays make that make sense .HORRIBLE business STAY AWAY FROM! The owner is a liar. She did not even offer to look at my toenail. The only thing that came out of her mouth automatically was we don’t do refunds, even though I never asked for one. Her then daughter called me afterward apologizing which I do appreciate stating that next time they would do a discount and if I could come back,

I have been to numerous nails salons around the world and I was a witness to a disgusting unprofessional interaction between a customer and the salon owner herself. Her biggest concern wasn’t to make sure it wasn’t her fault and in her 26 years she “never” had an u happy customer, but to first say we offer no refunds when the client wasn’t asking for a refund. The customer left. Always remember that could be you.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for about 3-4 years. And I wouldn’t dare go anywhere else!! My nail tech Christina always takes her time doing my nails. And she keeps my nails maintained by introducing me to structured manicures. The owner Tina does my pedicures and she always lets me know what not to do to keep my feet looking nice and healthy. She’s brutally honest and I love that about her. And she keeps my eyebrows looking the best they ever had. I constantly get compliments on my nails and brows. I recommend this place to everyone!! I don’t play about my girls!!
