Delilah did an amazing job getting me out of the door before I'll ever have a haircut at this establishment... A hat-trick (you could say) - clammering rudely when asking Heidi's availability and assuming it was about her, stroking their own ego by quoting her lengthy appointment schedule, and dismissing a prospective client by pretending not to have sticky notes and waving me off... It's ok, I can hold enough eye contact with human beings to give a wave back while I bid farewell to ever stepping inside this business again.... Kattwalk is rated better, accommodated me even though their schedule was equally full... Despite the fact a haircut is 5$ more, I'll pay that EVERY time to deal with cheerful people who seem like they actually enjoy their lives... And also have 250 reviews compare

Heidi does a great job cutting my hair. She listens to what I'd like since my hair grows super fast, she always points out the pros and cons and let's me make the decision. She's always right. I enjoy our conversations too. I try to support small women's business's.

Danay has been cutting my hair for over 20 years! I have followed her from salon to salon over the years and it makes me happy to know that she and her business partner have their own salon now. I can't imagine letting anyone else style my hair. She keeps me looking my best. I rely on her to change up my style as trends change, and help me looking youthful and confident.
