Century Nail Care I

I had a mixed experience during my visit. My nails didn’t come out exactly how I wanted, but they were okay enough. My eyebrows turned out really nice, so no complaints there. The real issue was with my finger — the same finger was cut twice, first by the nail file and then again by the drill. That made it really uncomfortable, and now I have to remove the nails early because it’s too painful to keep them on. I don’t feel like it was fair to be charged full price after that. Also, my daughter’s nails already started rubbing off. I’m sure the excuse will be that it wasn’t gel, but polish should last more than a day regardless. On a positive note, my toes came out great. This was my second and last time coming back here. After the way they managed to fumble a simple pink/white ombre, I decided to ask for a simple mani/pedi, clear polish. If you can’t even clip cuticles properly, you have no business being a nail salon! I had three of my fingers bleeding during and after the manicure, my stylist couldn’t even be bothered to apply the oil evenly (missed my entire thumb, somehow?), and the file-down was uneven. You’d have better service if you sat home and did your own nails.

Terrible service. They talk negatively about customers. I got my nails done with the technician that usually does my nail and this time she had a bad attitude and she rushed my nails..i wanted to get designs but i noticed her attitude while doing my nails and decided to just get a regular gel manicure with no designs …AND i always tip her well. I paid $50 for manicure that came out really bad…i came the next day to remove the color only because the color on it made how bad the shape and thickness was appear more… but i didn’t even stay because they starting speaking negatively about me and rolling their eyes and told me to wait…i just walked out..i will never come back and the people i referred to that place will never come back to that place…its not okay to treat existing, regulars who

Not good. Went for my nails - they looked terrible after asking for a simple shape up. Cut with no definition, polish was bumpy and uneven, skin by my cuticles was flakey. Not good communication. Poor job overall. Would not recommend.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I came here on Sept 2nd for a basic pedicure with gel polish and the technician cut my toe nails vertically. She basically performed a procedure called matrixectomy usually performed by a podiatrist or doctor. This has left my toes swollen and very painful to walk. During my service when I noticed she was doing that on my right big toe, I told her to stop that it was painful and unnecessary. She proceeded to do the same on my left big toe as well and it was even more painful and blood was shed. This is completely unacceptable
