Older women in the front near the desk cannot do nails at all. I went there about three times and each time I did she just did whatever. Idk if the other young lady that speaks really good English usually at the front as well is an owner or what but she does nothing and only takes her regular clients any other people that come she sends them to whoever this happen to me 3xs . I asked for square oval gel overlay and got somebody teeth. It’s like they’re just trying to get her some clients so she doesn’t feel left out. My nails look like somebodies teeth. Last and final time letting them service me I wish the business well but just because you been doing it for awhile doesn’t make you a pro !!! Be mindful ladies

Why would I want a pedicure in ice cold water? You're sorry. No you're not. You knew you had no hot water when I walked in the door and told you there were two of us. You allowed me to put my foot in cold water. Total disrespect. You think we're so desperate for a pedicure that we would accept cold water? You may be desperate for the dollar but don't play us for fools. Wash your towels after hours or have enough towels to provide services for the entire day. You must be certified crazy. And where are the autoclaves

Great location and friendly staff! Small location so very attentive. An ABSOLUTELY wonderful, and safe, place to send your elderly relatives. They take EXCELLENT care of their elderly clients and look out for them. Highly recommend!

Basically messed up my toes and told me they wouldn’t do my other services because I wasn’t going to be satisfied trying to insinuate I was being difficult for no reason and just tripping . lol mind you I’ve been going there for a while now months at that she messed my feet up and they basically put me out then she all like I’m sorry no you aren’t because as a paying customer it’s not hard to make sure your clients are satisfied . The issue was my big toe nails not being even and instead of them taking the acrylic off and redoing it they just continued to file it down until it looked like this. A MESS LIKE A CHILD DID IT . Then when I came home and took my sock off the polish literally slid off worst pedicure I’ve ever had and I feel tremendously disrespected. It was great when pa was ther

I was very pleased with LeLe who gave me a wonderful pedicure then topped it off with a very nice gel full set! My first time was amazing!
