Chacha hair braiding

This was my first time here and my experience was everything. It's a very clean atmosphere and the braiders are really nice. I'm tender headed so let's just say come here if you don't want your head hurting. Fast and convenient, got my sinagalese twist done in 4.5 hours. Thank ChaCha 🥰

Very very very nice , professional , clean. The workers took their time with my hair and give me exactly what i asked for ! Was not heavy handed at all . I will be returning back ! Please don’t listen to the negative reviews this place is a 10/10 . for me ! Thank you again Chacha i love my hair !

Made an appointment for 7 am , no one showed up until 7:30, and didn’t start on my hair until 8. I asked for extra small box braids. I wanted my edges out. I thought since she was combing my edges down that they would be out but no. She even asked if I wanted them out. I stated yes. I wanted them out. The lady who braided the front of my hair braided my thoughts and prayers. It’s only been one day and I’ve lost one braid in the front. It also pulled my hair out with it. I politely asked her to not braid so tightly as I was in pain my whole hair appointment, she said okay and did not let up at all. I felt like I was gonna pass out in the chair from the pain. I promise you this the worst African braiding shop I ever been to my appointment was sat Jan 2@8am OMG they didn't get there to 9:30am!!!! Then that's not the icing on the cake the braider didn't ask me if I wanted my braids straight or curly she took it upon herself and braided my hair for $220 and fix my hair like she paying for it. I was so mad I should've went by them stars my stupid self. Yall got me never again I want bring a dog in to get they hair done. She could've took some of but I FORGOT HOW GREEDY YALL ARE!!!!!!! THEN SHE TRIED TO CHARGE ME 250$ NAH STICK GIRL CHA CHA TOLD ME 220$!!!!

Very tacky & unprofessional! The first time I went was against negative advice only because I needed my hair done, I played it safe & got jumbo knotless which were okay, however my second time after calling & making sure today would be fine, I arrived a little after 130 & was told no one could help & that more ladies were coming at 3. I left went & got food, came back & still got no one to work on my hair. Finally at 10 mins to 4 I left! 3 1/2 hours, time wasted!
