Chad's Salon & Hair Spa

I just moved near by and decided to try this place, very cute and cozy place, chill atmosphere, the people there seem nice. my mom also tried it and went before me, and she was so happy with Sam I decided to try her as well, as I’ve never seen my mom so happy with her hair in her life, and I am VERY happy with my hair as well. My mom is pretty complicated in what she wants but Sam knew just how to handle it, me personally I never know how to explain what I want, and she was able to still decipher my needs. My color is the coolest it’s ever been, with really neat dimension that I’ve never had before, after she suggested it I’m like yes please! And she had a super cool and sweet personality. Finding a new stylist is always scary and I’m so happy I got lucky enough to find one my first try!

Inside the place just feels so welcoming and the layout was just so nice and professional. I had to wait 40 minutes but called ahead and was able to run some errands before arriving. Men’s haircut, great work!

I’ve been a loyal client of Chad’s Salon for many years, and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Chad consistently makes sure my girls and I leave looking and feeling beautiful.

All I wanted was a simple hair cut, short layers, that didn’t turn out like I wanted. I made the mistake of showing McKenzie a picture of a cut I had a while back. She cut my hair way too short and left little sprigs hanging off my cut. A couple of days passed and I called Chad to see if he could just trim it up a little. He had the nerve to say I was a little difficult when I walked in!! I asked” what did you say?” He didn’t answer me, so I hung up. I walked in normally like I always walk in a place. I can’t believe the stupid, uncalled for remark I just got from Chad. Y’all better not complain about their service, or ask to trim it up right, or they will retaliate and try to turn the issue around on you. He is not professional by no means! Mackenzie at Chad's Salon did a wonderful job with my highlights and long layers! My hair is very thick and usually takes 4+ hours for color and cut, but Mackenzie got me in and out in under 3 hours. Best highlights I've ever had!. My hair turned out even better than I imagined- she really listened to what I wanted. Would highly recommend her!
