I’m expressing my horrible experience at this store. I would advise anyone trying to purchase anything from here to not do so! I walked into this store on 9/13 to make a return. I had purchased a small leather hood from this Chanel boutique. The item that I had wasn’t in stock and they had to have it shipped from another store from Texas. I wanted to return the item because I didn’t end up liking the color in person as opposed to what they showed me through photos. So as I walk in yesterday. Dyanne is the one that assists me and says she’ll be back. I would say probably spent 15 minutes in the back. She comes back out and says “unfortunately, I can’t accept this item as it has signs of wear and tear”. I asked her to show me where the “wear and tear is” there was a scratch on the box and a

Went to the Americana last Sunday for an early holiday shopping and I wanted to check out the Chance Chanel perfumes for my mother. I believe Patrick helped me out (on the receipt) and he was stellar. He assisted me well and recommended I also pair the perfume with another one of the Chance products so I also bought a deodorant spray that smelled amazing! I’ve visited this store before and every time has been a hit. Definitely would come again. Happy holidays!

I was in yesterday I wanted to ask if they still offered the free skin care facials they have there was this female employee that was helping 3 ladies and in this midst of all this another female employee came over tapped me on the shoulder and asked if she could assist I pointed to the female employee that was helping these 3 ladies I told her no after that this female employee that was helping these 3 ladies responded to me in a very rude tone this female employee had dark hair it was up in bun and she spoke to me in a rude unprofessional tone I do not appreciate this kind of attitude from an employee this was totally and completely out of character please train your employees to be more professional with customers

I can't express enough how much I enjoy visiting the Chanel Beauty store at the Americana Brand, all thanks to the exceptional service provided by Dyanne Tello. As someone who can be quite picky and indecisive at times, I truly appreciate Dyanne's patience, kindness, and professionalism. Even when I'm not entirely sure what I want, she always takes the time to listen attentively and offers expert advice that is tailored to my preferences. Also, there have been numerous occasions when I've been in a rush to find the perfect gift for a friend, and Dyanne has been instrumental in creating beautiful gift boxes filled with an assortment of skincare products and makeup. I didn’t really get a friendly vibe from the workers. In fact, they don’t help one person at a time but jumps around from one customer to another, which I didn’t like. Except for one sales associate that I have encountered, the rest weren’t people I wanted to give business to. The return policy is horrible! If you must get an item that is exclusive to boutiques, I think you’re better off getting it online. And, the rest of the items are likely available at Nordstrom, which is right across from this place.
