This was my second time getting lip filler at Chapter and I genuinely don’t have a single bad thing to say. Taylor was so sweet from the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and never rushed me. She actually took the time to listen to what I wanted instead of just doing a standard “one size fits all” look. I really appreciated that she gave me options and explained everything in a way that felt honest and informative. She listened to my goals and exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s incredibly reassuring when someone makes you feel heard and confident in your decisions, especially with something as personal as your face. Overall, such a good experience and I’ll absolutely be back!

I recently had my first laser hair removal session at the Green Bay location of Chapter Aesthetics, and I must say it was a positive experience. Alisha was fantastic—kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. As for the results, it’s still early days, but I'm optimistic about what’s to come. I'll definitely keep you posted on how the subsequent sessions go and the results I achieve. So far, so good!
