I've tried so many different Korean hair salons in NY for regular cuts and perms and Charm has stuck as my go to place for the owner's talent, service, and absolutely unbeatable price point. Charm always delivers with the exact hair I want every time at an incredible value.

I never write review for anything, this is first time ever. I have been seeing Michell for 3 years and she never disappointed me. I need to dye hair every month to cover up gray hairs and to get a hair cut same time. I got a best hair color and hair cut with a resonable price, which is only half price of the hair salon where I used to go in Manhattan. I always get so many complements about my hair! Thanks Michell!
