Charm Nail Salon

This was my first time getting SNS and the result is absolutely terrible. My nails look worse now than they did going in there.. Ruby didn't clean up the area around my nails even after I asked her to and it felt like she was taking out her bad day on me. I've been going to Charm Nail for years and I've never had an experience like this.

Staff was very friendly, establishment was nice and clean. Experience of the nail techs is the reason for my low rating. My pedicure went pretty well…no real complaints there. If you want just basic services like manicure or pedicure then you may have a pleasant experience. If you want acrylics or designs then I recommend you find a different establishment. I didn’t even let them attempt to do the marble design I had asked for simple because the tech couldn’t even lay the acrylic properly. All ten of my nails had different shapes and the acrylic was laid unevenly. I tried to coach her to fill in the thin areas but it just got worse. I asked her to stop at this point and just said I didn’t want to continue with the service and she still gladly charged me $45 which I thought was too much bec

It was my first time at Charm Nail Salon and it was Wonderful! I called ahead and asked if they had any availability and told them, I could be there in 30 mins, they agreed. Once, I arrived at the location, my services began; within 5 minutes. I was offered a refreshment and I received a cold bottle of water, they had other options as well. Paul was my stylist, he removed my old gel polish and he helped me select a new color. He made me feel instantly comfortable by making me laugh. He took great care in the services he provided. I got a gel pedicure upgrade and received a lower leg massage. I, also, got a gel manicure and a mini hand massage. I’ve never posted a review before but felt compelled to after my experience here last week. I left my manicure with 3 of my cuticles bleeding and one finger in need of a bandaid. Not only was my manicure painful, but my middle finger now has an infection in the cuticle called paronychia. This was the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. THEY DO NOT USE CLEAN TOOLS HERE!!! Would not would never recommend. Update: woke up to my finger completely swollen as the cuticle infection spread. After multiple doctor visits and antibiotics, never ever go to this salon!!! 6 month update: it’s been 6 months since this post and I’m still dealing with the aftermath of going to this salon. I still get painful chronic infections in my middle finger. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

This salon has a very customer centric team that provides quality service. They were busy with other customers, but they took us in with a smile. We were offered cold water. The salon was very clean with up to date decor. The team worked together efficiently.
