I have been coming to Charm Nails since they opened. I have never had a bad experience! The salon is very neat and clean and their work stations are as well. Lance and Katie are professionals! They have both been in this business a long time. If you are not happy with your service say something!! They will correct it for you. They are polite and gentle and knowledgeable! I can't say anything bad about this salon! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. 👍🏼👍🏼😊

I hadn’t been to a nail salon in years, so my first experience back to one was great. I went there just to get my eyebrows “cleaned up”, not a full wax and the young lady did an excellent job. I went back a second time and had my nails done. Unfortunately, they were not all shaped well and some were crooked. I was disappointed but it was a clean shop and the staff seemed friendly and I understand how we all have off days, so I just chalked it up to that. I went back to them for my fill and to cut them down also. My original shape was coffin and when she asked me if I wanted the same shape, I said yes. Some tips are rounded, some kind of square and only one remains in the original shape. I asked her to do my eyebrows again, “just clean them up like last time”, I asked her. She told me, “ I

The people working at this salon are very nice and friendly but the product for what I paid for was terrible. I spent $55 on an acrylic fill and all of my nails are uneven, all shaped very poorly and just does not look good at all. I feel bad even leaving a poor review but it just does not sit right with me that I spent so much money on such an awful set.

Awesome spotless salon I had a pedicure the very best i have ever had. , n the massage on my feet best i ever had. Prices are reasonable professional staff with Quality care . So happy to have found this place i walked out feeling happy relaxed w a great pedicure n manicure. The ultimate. Salon. With the Dream team. Also got waxinh i look human again 5 stars. Hands down

Ok let me first start off by saying I am not one to hope on the internet and blast people but ….. I visited charm nail salon today they are new to the area very close to my house so I figured I’d check them out . Worse mistake , I got a basic pedicure that literally last about all of ten minutes. Then went to go get a new set of dip powder nails with tips will when I sat down I could tell this lady didn’t know what she was doing so I just said I am just gunna get a gel manicure . Well boy was that a mistake , I asked for a BASIC design on two fingers she had to have wiped the design off about 8 times then showed me and it looked like my 7 year old son did it . Now, when I showed her the design, I asked her will you be able to do this and she assured me she could. I then said ok just forge
