I’ve been going to this salon for the past 8 years and Ruby always does an amazing job! I have thicker brows and she keeps the shape and makes them more defined, while still looking natural. When I’ve gone to other places, they thin them out way too much, but I’ve never had that issue here. Very painless process and also very affordable. Highly recommend!!!

I went for an arms and legs waxing service. The arms waxing service was so bad I had to walk out before they got to the legs. The apprentice has three months of experience and seemed super out of her depth waxing my arms and probably burst some blood vessels on my arm trying to pull out the hair. The owner took over and waxed my other arm which went fine. Despite all of this they insisted I had to pay full price. The lady tried to gaslight me by saying I had a lot of growth on my arm (I did not), that my skin is very sensitive (it is sensitive but I’ve been getting waxed my whole life and it seems to be fine for every other esthetician). I’ve come here before for eyebrows but I would avoid waxing services with anyone but the owner.

I’m not very picky about my brows. I just want to tame the bushiness and get rid of the unibrow. The girl that did my brows yesterday was so meticulous. She did an AMAZING job. I have never had my eyebrows threaded so evenly and nicely before. I went on Thursday around 6:20 pm. Wish I would’ve gotten her name. The price is great. It’s a simple little shop. There’s never a lot of people so it’s a quick in and out. I usually go on my lunch breaks. Very convenient.

The work was incredibly sloppy. I’ve never had a bad eyebrow threading experience. Before she started threading she put on a very thick and very wide coat of tint. Normally the threading comes first. Not only was one side thicker than the other. When she went to remove the tint she left so much of it on my face making my face look dirty. And when she was done threading she just left all the hair on my face. Normally my face looks clean when I leave the eyebrow salon and this time my face looks dirtier than before. I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for at least 10+ years. This was a very odd experience.

I will be returning!!! $5 eyebrow threading from a nice woman a couple blocks away!! It wasn’t a totally perfect job, I had to touch up my brows just a little when I got home, but it was definitely worth it. Looked so much better than before. An informal set up. She offers a much of services with a price list on her website too
