Contaminated gel polish with my blood and did a very sloppy job on my nails 24hrs before my surprise engagement 🫠 Full story below ⬇️⬇️ My (soon to be sister in law) took me here to get my nails done a few days before my surprise engagement. It was the first time I’ve had a gel manicure here. It started off fine. While trimming my cuticle she cut way too deep and I started bleeding. Accidents happen, if that was all it was I wouldn’t have been upset. The cut was so deep it continued to bleed through the entire appointment and drive home. She tried to stop the bleeding by roughly rubbing the cut with what smelled and stung like a polish remover soaked cotton ball. Vann my nail tech is the best!!!! I request hombre on my big toes and she did not disappoint. She takes her time and makes sure it looks good even if she has to restart. All other staff are helpful and attentive
