Absolutely horrible experience. I paid $65 for a gel manicure that looked rushed, sloppy, and unprofessional. The gel polish was left all over my skin, the nail art was uneven and messy, and my cuticles were completely ignored. My natural nails feel weak and bendy, which makes me seriously question whether the gel was even cured properly. The woman who did my nails sitting at desk number six was rude, careless, and clearly rushing. During the service she actually hurt my toes, which is completely unacceptable. No apology, no care, no professionalism. For a salon charging these prices, this was embarrassingly bad. I left feeling overcharged, uncomfortable, and disappointed. Do not recommend. Save your money and go somewhere else.

First time at this place and will absolutely come back. Miss Kim was amazing and I loved her little heart design for Valentines. The talk was great too. I will absolutely book again with her.

100% love going here the atmosphere is top notch it’s relaxing. My nails are done exactly the way I want them the first time. My favorite and only place to go for nail care foot care and to get my eyebrows in check. lol

I love Cheri Nail Bar and the staff! Mrs. Lori is my go-to for a quick gel manicure and pedicure when I need it! She knows me and my personal preferences at this point. This makes me feel loved and truly cared for during my nail care experience. The entire staff provide calming, relaxing, and quality pedicures. I live in McDowell county and travel to this salon whenever I need a self-care treatment. Thank you for all that you do, Mrs. Lori and Team!

This nail salon is top notch! I always get great service and my nails last so much longer. I have been doing the gel dip for over a year and my nails are so much healthier with the dip. When they take the gel off my nails they are so strong and clean underneath. T is fantastic and really cares for her clients. If I could give more stars I would!!! The design work is GREAT as well as you can see they did some racing/fire design yesterday with no problem! Thank you Cheri Nails!!!
