Did the 10 minute massage because I had back pain and she honestly made it worse. It was only my left shoulder at first, now it's all over. I regret getting it. Wish I saw the reviews first. She just poked my back and leaned on me, could've got a better massage from those chairs. WISH I would've did that. I don't know if They have them at that mall. My first time there.

Horrible massage, asked for reflexology and the lady gave me only foot massage, asked for cash $65 for the hours and kept pushing back and neck. Gave them $100 , as if they don't understand Engliah, gave me only $15. Back. Asked to keep $10 for tip and they play dumb. Be cautious another guest was also charged more and he was complaining. I would not recommend this place Will be taking this issue with management of Dolphin mall as well.
