Chi Nails Spa In Sanford

I have been coming to this nail salon for about a year since I moved to Sanford. I went in on New Years eve to get a pedicure, manicure and eyebrows. I had my manicure and pedicure using gel. I should have known something was off when the owner was waxing my eyebrows and asked about the gentleman did on my nails. Less than a week later, a few of my nails had some chips. On the 7th day, I noticed a large piece peeled off my nails so I decided to go back to the salon. I walked in and spoke to the owner and explained my nails. She said it had been 9 days already and she would not be able to fix them. It had been 8 days and I only decided to come because the one nail was missing a lot of paint. I have always wanted short, almond-shaped nails, and no matter where I went, other salons refused to do it. It takes a lot of precision and attention to detail. They didn’t want to bother. I was told it “couldn’t be done.” Not here. This shop gave me the exact nails I’ve been asking for for YEARS. Perfectly shaped, clean, elegant short almond nails that actually fit my hands. The attention to detail was unmatched,l and you can tell they truly care about doing quality work, not rushing you in and out. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was professional, and I felt listened to the entire time. I left feeling confident, polished, and honestly a little obsessed with my nails. I love this place! Friendly staff, clean and most importantly they do good quality work. Ive tried many different places and they by far are one of the best places I’ve gone to for my nails. I love the many different options they have for a pedi. And I can go months without needing a fill (even though I don’t like to lol because I love the experience). When you’re there, they play the most soothing music in the background and it’s just divine. Would highly recommend if you want good quality work with a true spa feel.

I had such a great experience at Chi Nails Salon in Sanford, Florida! I was visiting Florida on vacation from NJ and needed my nails done. I happened to drive past this salon, walked in, and was seen right away. Immediately my fiancé and I were offered water and they allowed him to sit next to me while getting my nails done, which made the experience feel very welcoming. Taylor was my nail tech, and she was absolutely wonderful—so sweet, personable, and she did a great job with my nails. I was in a bit of a rush, she worked efficiently without sacrificing quality. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I’m so glad I stopped in and would definitely recommend this salon to anyone, whether you’re local or just visiting!

I was not happy with their services, nails were crooked, didn’t match the other hand and just all around sloppy. I will not be back or recommend. I swear it’s getting harder and harder to find a decent nail tech anymore.
