The stylist was asked to put a keratin treatment in my hair. She charged 200 dollars. They Don’t accept cards and claim the machine is down. She did my hair and did not ask any questions I thought that was odd. After it was done I came home and my hair seemed much straighter than usual from past keratin treatments at another salon. After a Cpl days I noticed breakage. My hair kept breaking and breaking and it remained completely straight after washing a few times. I’ve had this treatment before and my hair should have gotten back curly but it did not. I went to complain and asked to see what was put in my hair but they could have said they put anything in it. I recently took my son to this salon for a trim and fade in the back. He has long hair and wanted to maintain its length while getting the back faded. When I arrived, I noticed a sign indicating a $15 haircut for boys under 12, which I was happy to pay. However, the service was disappointing. The stylist seemed to rush through the haircut, barely trimming the back and not fading it at all. She didn’t ask for my son’s input or check if the cut was what we wanted, which felt a bit impersonal. When it came time to pay, I was surprised to learn there was a $5 surcharge for card payments, bringing the total to $25, even though the original sign indicated a lower price. I have been coming to them for over a year. Weekly. Today I wanted my hair in a ponytail for an event. She literally did the same process as she normally does for a silk press. Besides using hair spray and Bobby pins to my natural hair. Mind you it looks nothing like the pic I showed her. I check out and she attempted to charge me $120. I’m like come on now. She took it down to $95. This is horrible customer service. Mind you she talked in my ear the entire time to her friend. They have lost a long lasting customer. I spend about $240 per month. Oh well

They will charge you more than you agreed upon, so please make sure they understand what you are saying. She only stated $25.00 for wash and trim, but I was just charged $45.00. No one speaks good English in the shop and I am a frequent customer. #shameful

Ive been here twice .. the first time they told me $85 over the phone then charged me $95 in person . Today I came in on Sunday at 11:00am .. They did not answer the phone but I see they close at 2:30 so I drove 20 minutes . The lady told me they didn’t have any space , but there was only 1 women getting her hair done and she was on her last curl , so almost done , and 2 stylist ( her ) and one just sitting down at the wash bowl . It felt racial because I couldn’t speak spanish and I guess she got irritated because she doesn’t understand english . it’s 2025 pull out your phone and translate . Why run a salon in the middle of marietta if you don’t look forward to dealing with english speaking people . Sad .
