Chic Hair Salon and Spa

I’ve been there twice. The first time I went to cut my hair and she did a very good job. For that reason I decided to go there to do my highlights. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and I even asked her if she considered herself able to do it, since it was Californian highlights in a ash blonde color and very light at the end of the hair. After she told me that she does that type of job all the time she started working. When she finished, there was nothing in common between the picture I had showed her and what she did. She just did regular highlights all over my hair; no taking care of the different colors and the Californian style I had suggested. I cut my hair and it was fine until i wash it on my house and dry it, it was uneven had to go to another place to fix it. I have a friend that has short hair she went to do som highlights and color they charge her $35 for color and $65 for highlight it has been a rip off!...

Great service and a great cut. I was looking for something different and I put my trust in the stylist. I showed her a couple of saved pics and she did the rest. Very happy! Will go back, for sure.

Had my eyebrows wax and it turned out terrible. They were very uneven and hardly had any of my brows left. Very unhappy and will never come back.

Wow what a terrible lady that Mariam or whoever is. She's rude and partial to old ladies because she's miserable. Don't waste your money. She did the opposite of what I wanted to spite me. It was a female power struggle the whole time.
