Chic Nails

I really enjoy coming to Chic Nails, and the main reason is the service. My very first time getting my lashes done here was such a smooth experience—no burning, no discomfort at all. The tech was extremely patient, gentle, and soft-handed, which made me feel comfortable the entire time. This visit, I was serviced by all three ladies—I believe it’s a mother, daughter, and maybe a sister—and I honestly loved the atmosphere. They were very welcoming and professional. I know I was probably talking their heads off and asking a lot of questions 😅, but they answered everything promptly and with no attitude. Another thing I really appreciate is their pedicure packages. They offer different options to fit your budget, which is a big plus. The most affordable package is $25, which is what I chose

Do not patronize Chic Nails in Reisterstown Plaza! Both of my big toes which they painted white with a separate bottle, turned brown during my birthday trip to Mexico! When I came in her comments to me where it's been too long! I was like I was out of the country! And then she had the nerve to say I don't know what you were doing! And refused to work with me in any way wanted to charge me full price to fix it! They use compromised nail polish. Probably add solvent to thin it out and stretch it further. That's what another nail salon said this is a result of. The owner is not friendly in very rude! Take your money elsewhere.

Its called Nail Trix &SPA... I love my nails. My tech Cindy was so awesome. I will be going back. The nail salon is beautiful very clean. The nail techs were friendly.

The stylist had a very nasty attitude. This was my second time dealing with him. I took my daughters out to get their nails done he only service one of them. My daughter requested design but he waited to tell her it was and hour wait. Didn’t give her the option to decide if she wanted them or not. I will never go back there. Trust that’s the last $45 from me.
