I’ve been a loyal customer of Chic Nails for quite some time, and they continue to exceed my expectations with every visit. The entire team is incredibly welcoming and consistently provides outstanding service. My nails always turn out beautifully, no matter what I get done. During my most recent visit, I had one of the best pedicure experiences I’ve ever had. Mama Yen treated me to the Holiday Cozy Gold Spa Delight, and it was absolutely exceptional. She put so much time, detail, and genuine care into the service—it truly felt luxurious. I sincerely hope they consider offering this as a Winter Cozy Gold Spa Delight, because it’s that good! Chic Nails is hands down the best nail salon I've ever been to! My go-to nail tech is Anna. She's precise, talented, and pays incredible attention to detail. I've recommended her to a few friends, and they absolutely loved her work and have continued going back. I've also had pedicures from other techs here, and everyone has been so friendly and skilled. It's such a calming atmosphere, and the complimentary drink really elevates the experience. All of the staff are wonderful, and I can't recommend Chic Nails enough.

I had a very disappointing experience here. The technician they assigned provided poor service, and when I pointed out the issues, they sent someone from the front desk who only pretended to fix it. My nails started peeling the very next day. I reported the problem immediately, but the situation was not handled properly. Unfortunately, the quality was so bad that I had to dispute the charge. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. Updated Review: The salon manager replied to my previous comment and offered a repair. I went back, but the nail peeled again as soon as I got home (see the third photo). I believe this is due to the poor quality of their product.
