Chic Nails & Spa

This used to be my favorite nail salon. I would travel from an hour away just to get my nails done here. It appears maybe it’s under new ownership now and all the nail techs are new. The vibe is way off from the friendly and welcoming atmosphere it used to be. And the quality has significantly decreased. I’ve been disappointed the last couple times I’ve been— this will be a last for me.

Had a horrible experience for my birthday… the older man would not file my feet. When I said something he came back grabbed my feet VERY rough and still didn’t file them…. The lady offered to do them but I was in tears and just wanted to leave so as I was teller her how he was squeezing my ankles in anger she then went and got him so he could check me out… when I was just wanting to pay and get away from him and leave…. Was the worst 55$ to get this treatment especially on a birthday.

Absolutely love this salon. I took my mother and daughter (11 years old). All 3 of us had manicures ans 2 of us either got acrylic or gel. The staff was very welcoming and they were so good with my daughter. The prices were VERY well priced for what we all had done. 10/10 would recommend ❤️

My tech was friendly, but the tech that assisted my sisters was kinda rude and they were very pushy on upselling stuff she was not interested in. Not impressed with my nail quality, cuticles are flooded in a few spots and nails are thick and uneven. My toe nail gel polish was not fully cured which I later realized the next day when it peeled up in the middle and was completely gummy underneath. Another one of my toes the polish flooded over and is now also peeling and we are only on day 2 of the polish. Shouldn’t be happening with gel. Too far for me to even bother going to get fixed, so I will be returning to my normal tech.

My first time at this salon and they did wonderful. I showed them a picture and he matched it well & asked if I liked it several times. Sweet employees.
