When Free Cocktails Can’t Quite Justify the Price Tag. Look, I’ll give credit where it’s due: Chloe Nail Lounge in Tustin is *gorgeous*. The atmosphere screams “luxury spa experience,” the staff is genuinely friendly and skilled, and yes—they give you complimentary cocktails, which is basically the adult version of getting a lollipop at the doctor’s office. Major points for that. My nail tech (shoutout to the team—they really do take their time and care about the details) did a solid job, and I left feeling pampered. The salon is clean, beautifully designed, and definitely Instagram-worthy if you’re into that sort of thing. BUT—and this is a big but—$60 for a young girl’s basic manicure? This is definitely my new go to nail salon! I love the hospitality from arrival to end which includes a complimentary drink and snack bar, clear communication and and check ins during service. I am a stickler for cleanliness and the both times I’ve visited, it’s been stellar. I enjoy that there is no fee to use my card like most place nowadays. Tips are in cash but ATM also available. Definitely recommend! Bonus: parking is plentiful

I had such a great first time experience at Chloe Nail Lounge! Ken did my classic pedicure and it was a very relaxing service. My pedicure came out one of the best I’ve ever had locally! I was treated with such hospitality by the staff, it was a very welcoming environment. Such great ambience and very clean! My besties and I came in today and we have officially named Chloe Nail Lounge our new salon! Thank you!

Every time I come here, there are new hidden charges. My experience over three visits has been consistently disappointing regarding pricing and quality. Visit 1: I specifically asked for a non-toxic option. I was told Gel Builder wasn't an option (which is what I wanted as I had been getting it elsewhere), so I had to switch to Gel X. I was quoted $48 on the phone, but the total came to $81. This included an unexpected $10 removal fee for my old gel and a credit card fee. On top of that, they convinced me to cut my natural nails short, and the shaping was nothing close to the picture I showed them. Visit 2: I was charged a new $5 fee for 'non-toxic color' which I wasn't charged the first time. Then, at the end of the visit, they revealed they do actually have the non-toxic Gel Builder I

The lounge is beautiful. Clean and inviting. I loved the Vietnamese coffee. I plan on coming back with my 4 year old for mommy and me soa day.
