I LOVE MY NAILS! They went above and beyond for me. I was a walk-in and entered before closing and they didn’t rush. They took their time and paid attention to detail I will definitely be booking again!

My wife experienced a highly unsatisfactory service, as the nail technician performed poorly and subsequently reacted with rudeness and belligerence when the issue was raised. We were not seeking a refund, but rather a rectification of the problem. Specifically, she requested a nail refill and instead received a new color application with no refill whatsoever. The technician even asserted that the visible issue was due to her having pushed up her cuticles. Update: the Employees at this location have started harassing my wife over the phone yelling at her in a foreign Asian language, I will send the number to respective authorities and let them deal with them! Horrible behavior!

This is the first time I’ve had to advocate for myself regarding a service I was dissatisfied with. I recently visited your salon and was unhappy with the nails I received. Given the current cost of services, I wasn’t expecting this experience. I felt uncomfortable during my visit, as I was unsure whether anyone would assist me in resolving the issue. Despite my initial request to have the nails removed, I was encouraged by the front desk staff to have them fixed. Ultimately, I did not want the nails fixed but simply wanted to have them removed, and I would have been willing to pay for the full set. Unfortunately, the overall experience left me feeling uncomfortable and unsupported, and I do not plan on returning.

Store opens at 11am on Sunday. There’s a man eating corn on the Cobb and a lady who took a customer after me. They said they don’t have anyone to do nails for maybe 20- 30 minutes. Surprised with the little professionalism.

100% Recommend! My mom has been coming here and getting her nails done with Santi for as long as she can remember. Today they discovered the perfect spring pink and chrome combination, and she loved it! She also loves getting her Pedicures with Trish. Overall it’s the best place in town to get your nails done!
