I went to get my nails done for my anniversary the older mother looking one did my nails. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I swear my nail got a dent like a slide she didn't put the acrylic all the way near the tip of my nails so they look they've been for 2wks. It cost too much for such horrible service Nd she cut my cuticles it was bleeding they have bubbles from the gel. It's like she couldn't even see. I got them done last week Saturday and look at them. Pedicures was much better maybe they should stick to that.

Horrible service! I wish I could leave ZERO stars! How are they still in business? Must be a front... I did gel mani and Pedi. The woman that worked on me sits near closer towards the entrance. She cut my toe to a point she had to grab more tissue from the bleeding, thank goodness I am not a diabetic. One nail had air bubble the other nail had a pointy ball from the polish. She filed my nails unevenly. Was aggressive with clipping and removing calluses. The water was cold for the pedicure. Seemed annoyed when I addressed the problems and I still decided to give a amall tip, she had the AUDACITY to snatch the money from my hand. It took everything for me not to flip out. I been going here for some time now. I love it here. I always go with a picture design, and my nails always look like the picture. The picture on the right was what I asked for and on the left is exactly what she did.

First and last time here. Went here and the woman doing my toes got such a bad attitude since I wanted to wear my own sandals prior to her placing the polish. I knew I had to leave right after she was done and didn’t want to have to deal with waiting for them to dry before swapping out sandals. She proceeds to make small jokes and laugh (in Spanish) with the other technician next to her. Her attitude just completely turned me off from ever coming here again. Too many (more superior) nail salons in the area. Don’t need to deal with unwarranted attitudes for no reason.

I've given this place a chance twice unfortunately I can't anymore. I get my nails done short. They always come out crooked and thick. On some of the nails the polish bubbles up. And it looks like I need a filling before I get two weeks of wear out of them. And they charge too much for mediocre work. I can see the flaws in the photos posted on here. If you're looking to waste your money come here.
