The best experience, ever! I went there today for the head spa. I got the signature hair wash and scalp massage with the steam suana hair mask.I was astonished by the whole experience. Briana did an amazing job! And those hands... let me tell you. She is beautiful and petite, but her hands were a force to reckon with. I thought to myself that she was using a tool. But when she moved to the back of my head, I knew it was her hands. And when she massaged my scalp, she did this thing like a flicker....OMG! My hair feels so soft and bouncy! The massage to my upper back was out of this world. That's where I thought she was using a tool. The work she did on arms... I can not say it enough... Wow! That was well worth the hr and 17min drive from my house. Chrissy's Nails looked amazing. It was
⛔️ ⚠️ I TRAVELED ALL THE WAY FROM SOUTH NJ TO PA FOR CHRISSYS MULTIPLE TIMES. In TOTAL they charged me $160 for a full set & this disgusting pedicure. SAVE your $ bc she got GREEDY & UNPROFESSIONAL. So SAD. Had to unfollow on Instagram as well. I was charged over $75 for this terrible pedicure that I called in advance. They are so selective & do a unprofessional job. My pedicure scrub/cleaning was done by nail tech guy with tattoos & Helen with glasses did the polish & Chrissy did the gems. I was OK with my full set done by Chrissys niece but NOT THE PRICE. Look how horrible of a job they did & it was THREE people this is INSANE! When I spoke to Chrissy & tried to negotiate the price this woman REFUSED to charge me UNDER $160!!! ! I gave Chrissy a chance to give me a fair price.
I really hate to write a bad review but I just feel like this is so unfair. I don’t mind paying for good nails but I do mind paying for messy nails. I paid $78 before tip for a refill (they said refill was $40 + $5 for one new nail) (I don’t remember how much it was for the design and French tip but together it was an additional $33). I’ve gotten good nails here before and didn’t mind paying that much bc they were so nice but not this set! Looking at the reviews this seems to be a constant issue of poor quality service that’s way over priced. Disappointed is an understatement… I’m also attaching my beautiful Christmas set that was well worth the $75! And my fall set that was $65. Mind you all refills not full sets.
I just want to start off by saying that I am not someone who gets acrylics often, in fact this was my first time in about 7 years getting acrylics, but my nails came out so terrible. I felt bad saying anything when I was there because I'm sure they could tell I was upset and by the end the tech couldn't make eye contact with me. I tried to get used to them and come to terms with them, but I just can't and I'm so disappointed. I was referred here by someone who goes often and their nails always looked amazing, and since my usual salon just closed, I figured I'd give them a try. I showed the tech a reference photo (the photo with the key in hand) and as you can see, mine look nothing like the reference. Each nail is a different thickness, they are longer than I wanted (even after asking to h
Went here to get my nails done last minute 2 days before my wedding since my nail tech cancelled my appt. They did AMAZING! Best nails I’ve ever gotten. It was an older women, I don’t get her name - around 50-60s. She was gentle and just good at her craft.
