Went there to get box braids done and was absolutely amazing. The ladies are very polite made me feel welcome. The prices are very reasonable and accommodating. I was very satisfied with the work they are super fast and will definitely be back for my next style.

The worst in BPT. Rude and unprofessional. tell you one thing and do another, just want your cash.

I went to Christiane’s hair braiding salon today, and my mom and I asked for knotless box braids and the length I wanted was mid- back. When it was close to being finished, I asked the lady is it mid- back and she said yes, but I told her it doesn’t look mid- back at all. After my hair was finished, I was charged $180. I complained about it until I got my refund of $20 out of the $180 I’ve paid for; which was absolutely absurd. These people are absolutely unprofessional and shouldn’t be in business. I would urge you all to avoid this experience.

140 for braids that didn’t last two weeks and also they were cornrows which should last more than two weeks even if you don’t wrap them will never spend my money again in no salon they are all unprofessional and money hungry don’t speak English correctly which makes it hard to communicate and yes I will not be stepping foot back in the salons that say African hair braiding .

I only gave 3 stars because the young lady who did my hair was amazing. But the owner is terrible. I had a 9:30am appointment on a Saturday. I called and asked for the earliest time. I didn’t end up leaving until 4pm. They told me Ne price of $180 on the phone then charged me $220 … after being a whole hour late getting there. The women who did my hair didn’t even start of doing my hair. I asked for the normal size braids and they did what they wanted. The sad thing is this isn’t my first time at this salon …. And i never had any problems. My issue is that the lack of customer service and the ability to satisfy the customers that’s terrible.
