Great spot and consistently have an amazing experience with my stylist and staff! She’s professional, personable, and truly an expert at what she does. As someone with fine, thin hair, I really appreciate her skill and attention to detail and always makes me look flawless.

I’m sure Chroma Hair Salon is great for some people and that many clients have had wonderful experiences there. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case for me. I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday, February 28 with Ashley - one that I had booked well over a month in advance. When I arrived, I was extremely disappointed to be told that she hadn’t been given enough time for my appointment and that another client was booked as well. While I understood the reasoning that was explained to me, it was still very upsetting. I had taken time out of my busy schedule specifically for this appointment, only to be told there wasn’t enough time to accommodate me. Kara did an amazing job on my hair extensions and I am absolutely OBSESSED with the results! Chroma has a great atmosphere, and Kara and the rest of the stylists are unbelievably talented. Highly recommend!

Okay coming from someone that has wore extensions her entire adult hood off and on. Let me tell you that Kara at Chroma knows her hair extensions from the quality of the hair, the color matching, the install and how to give her customer a great experience from start to finish. She really cares and it shows in her work, now know have the best extensions I’ve ever had put in!

I’d been wearing hand tied extensions for several years before moving to Charlotte. I was SO nervous about finding a good extension stylist and my stylist in Pittsburgh recommended Kara and thank god she did! She’s a true artist with the talent and passion for her craft that you want in the person you’re entrusting with your hair!
