CICERO NAIL BAR

If I could give zero stars, I would. I came in for a fill and had two broken nails. My nails were a bit overgrown, so I understood there might be an extra charge and I was completely fine with that. However, the experience quickly went downhill. The technician repeatedly hurt my fingers while filing. I pulled my hand away several times and mentioned it, but it continued. What’s most disappointing is that I was charged $100 for this set including $5 extra per color and the final result looks nothing like the design I showed. I even told the technician multiple times that it didn’t have to be an exact match to the picture, especially since he was clearly struggling. Unfortunately, he didn’t adjust. The French tip looks uneven, and the flowers look like simple dots. It honestly looks like

I love the vibe and idea behind this nail salon. It is beautiful and the concepts are nice. That's were the good part of my review ends. The service and quality of work is zero stars unfortunately. The first time I came my no chip began to chip quickly and I was very disappointed but I didn't complain. I went 1 more time hoping it was a mishap but the same exact quality of work. Within one week my no chip is destroyed. Any other place I have been to my no chip last 3 weeks with no problem. I work an office job so I'm not using my hands in a way that causes this damage. It looks nice on day one but I can't spend over $100 to have this happen within a week. I won't return.

Wow! What an excellent experience! Ms Yin was amazing. Everyone one was smiling....the place was clean. My nails are fabulous 😍. Thanks Ms Yin and team. Love love this place.

Tone is amazing handles hands with care . shapes to perfection. the atmosphere is beautiful and the feeling is family... You also get a complimentary drink while you get your nails done 😁...

This nails salon is amazing! The customer service was great, the pedicure I chose lasted 2 hours and put me to sleep! This place is also very clean! I live far away but I highly recommend Cicero nail bar
