Cielo's Hair Design

A much needed haircut for me. I called Cielo's today & no problem with getting an appointment on the same day. I love love my guy, Jose. He really takes care of you and the result is amazing! I love my haircut! The staff is very accommodating, polite, courteous, overall, you'll be very much satisfied. Infact, I already booked my next service with them.

Jackie is the absolute best. I have finally found the person who can simply nail the color I have always been looking for. She is so meticulous, taking the time and patience to get everything just right. Highly recommend Cielo!!!

Second visit today, for them to fix what they had already not done correctly the first time (my hair was red prior to this color change and I understand that it is very hard to get red out) But being PROMISED not once but twice to get what I asked for and receiving a WORSE result is not okay. I have about 4 colors in my hair at this moment, nonetheless they freely let me walk out CRYING because of how unsatisfied I was infront of a full salon of men and women. Also one of the ladies who work for the salon who had helped out the first time agreed that this is not what I asked for as well. They asked if I’d like to come back a THIRD TIME… to be quite frank in not sure anyone in there right mind would go back for a third try while involving bleaching the hair..
