Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I did not have a good experience. I went the other day and asked for UV Gel with tips. They told me my nails aren’t strong enough so they recommended acrylics. I don’t get my nails done often so I went with it even though I did question it. I then showed my design which was just some line work. Really NOTHING crazy at all. They said they couldn’t do it only French tips. I was thrown off but let him get them started and then thought we would figure it out after I got the nails on. He then had to do someone else’s nails so I went to someone else and she also told me she couldn’t do the design because my acrylics were too short and not the almond shape that was in the picture. They are very inconsistent at best. Yesterday I got a gel manicure and it's already chipping in less than 24 hours.. The last time I was there the technician was wonderful and the manicure lasted for weeks. This time the technician spoke to the girl next to her the whole time and they were both very rude to the customer beside me.

The quality of the pedicures is great. The staff is friendly. There are so many polish and pedicure choices. I love coming here.

New to the area and decided to try here after going to Flower City Nails and Spa. Biggest mistake ever!! Paid $200+ for a pedicure and a gel polish fill. I will say, the man who did my nails did amazing with the shape however my nail broke in half not even a week later and I went in to get it fixed and they closed early for no reason. Just because they felt like it even though their hours say 7:30pm. Absolutely awful! I have had absolutely NO ISSUES with Flower City Nails and Spa, the price is acceptable for the services, they always massage me after finishing my nails, and they always massage my hands afterwards. Cinderella nails and spa is an absolute waste of money and it seems like other people feel the same way..

My daughter and I came on Sunday to get full sets. On Monday I was back because my thumbs gel polish peeled off. Tuesday they peeled off and forward to today…I have broken and peeling nails!! I always get acrylics with dip powder and this salon refused because “makes them too thick”. Oh and they decided I needed a neck and shoulder massage and hand massage. I have arthritis and sore hands and neck so I was upset they did not ask if they could hit and beat on me!!
