Ive been 3 times, and everytime its something, Cindy will arrange you with her daughter if your new like me, let the daughter tell it your her client, but theyre not gonna communicate about your hair plan,cindy will text you and be there when you arrive to talk your ear off, then leave once her daughter starts amd like she wasn't there. So first trip they sold me on a texturing my hair, then complained my hair turned to cotton. The two don't even agree on a price, so it was good vibes while it lasted but I'm done, yall look at the 105$ they had me waste last time, to turn around and tax me to 265$ the next after verbally telling me 170$ first. Worst experience I've ever had. I walked in with long hair and expected to work with a natural hair stylist. All I got was my hair butchered. I would advise someone to book an appointment with a skilled and informative natural hair stylist that values your hair and not cutting first if that's not requested.

Cindy is very attentive! Took my daughter to get a wash and blow dry, service was great. Very quick and accommodating. I will now be going to here for my hair as well as taking my other daughter. Very professional! The young lady in the salon assisting was just as friendly and professional!

I LOVE my hair! Cindy is efficient, her shop is spotless and the conversation was great. I told her I was tender-headed and she took her time and was very gentle with my thick, tangled natural hair. She put a demi-color in and I used to get a little on my hands or on my pillow for at least a couple days afterwards, but she made sure to seal the color in right. She also kept her mask on and the other lady who was getting her hair done did as well. I felt very safe. Nothing negative to say about Cindy or her salon!

I have been wearing wigs and doing crochet braids trying to get my hair to grow out and this was the first time I visited Cindy. Loved her and loved what she did for my hair. I love that I have finally found a stylist that knows what I like, knows how to manage ethnic hair, and can maintain and help continue to grow it.
