Cindys Nails

My daughter had a special appointment at 9 am on 02/14. They arrived 15 minutes late. On the 21st, 1 nail popped off. Then on the 23rd another nail popped off, and then on the 24th my daughter was putting leggings on and ANOTHER ONE popped off. LEGGINGS... Come on.. I called on the 23rd, and she was rude. I have a busy work schedule I asked if I could bring her in on Thursday due to her school schedule and my work. She said oh no, thats almost 2 weeks in. I can't help YOUR JOB WAS HORRIBLE, and I have a busy schedule. She has senior night on Friday, and I paid $85 for her nails to look good for Homecoming and Senior night. My daughter went in this morning, and she sent me a picture of them. I asked her how it went, because I couldn't take her, I had to work, and she said the lady was VERY

Came here for the first time today. I’m very conflicted because after leaving I checked my nails in better light and there are flaws. The ends werent fully painted, there are uneven spots & my pinky nail tip is straight when the rest are slightly curved. And my thumb got knicked. Also I called last week and asked the price for medium coffin full set with gel and white tips and I was told $50 however I was charged $60. Also online it says they open at 9:30am so I got there at 9:30 just to find out they don’t open until 10am.

I stopped by Cindy’s Nails as a walk-in mid-morning on a Wednesday and had a great experience! There was only one other customer at the time, so the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I came in for a gel manicure—my first in quite a while—and was impressed by their huge selection of colors. My nail technician was absolutely lovely: patient, detail-oriented, and never once made a comment about my (very short) nails, which I really appreciated. I’m so happy with how my nails turned out and will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely wonderful! Cindy was so nice and did an excellent job on my nails. Definitely will go back to her when it is time for a new set.
