Citi Nails

The only reason I left two stars is because they did end up fixing my daughter’s nails before we left. First off, we had to wait almost 3 hours to be seen. We had a male tech who absolutely rushed through my daughter’s manicure and botched basic French tips. We didn’t ask for anything difficult. This manicure was absolutely sloppy, and there was so much nail polish all over the back of my daughters hands and underneath her nails. When I asked the lady to fix my daughter’s manicure because I simply told her “these are not good“ she stated that I should’ve made an appointment. I really do feel like if your technicians are not trained they should not be allowed to work as “professionals“ and charge $65 per manicure. First off let me say that the remodel looked great, it was clean, and the pedicure massage chairs were amazing! That’s why I gave them two stars! The lack of communication was terrible! My husband and I had a pedicure and they put the wrong color on my toes that I requested. I asked for my fingernails to have tips on and I was going to try the powder dip color. The colors don’t match at all. They charged $200 for 2 pedicures and my nails just have paint. He didn’t put the tips on and I was just too frustrated at this point but did complain about the colors not matching. He just says “sorry.” We will not go back!

She did a great job on design but they don’t know how to shape there nails!! And the price is crazy I paid $123 for these!! I waited like almost 2 hours to even be seen she got nail polish on side of my finger as you can tell in picture didn’t even offer to take it OFF!!

Very welcoming I didn't get the man's name but he has a tattoo on his hand he was the one that did my daughter's nails for her 8th grade formal this Saturday so polite so respectful he was very very well-mannered the place the atmosphere was amazing very welcoming lovely lovely and the price $57 what a steal so grateful that we went there so grateful for them to take their time and be patient and done a phenomenal job thank y'all so much we will be back highly recommended

I have never been to a nail salon for a pedicure that did not take off dead skin unless you went to the $58 pedicure (that was their level 3). The pedi was good but the pricing floored me!! I have been getting pedicures for the past 30 years and never pay more than $35 and that is for a damn good job - this one was good but not great. $58 plus a tip was way too much and I will never step in here again. They must not be counting on return business. Also they advertise 10% off Monday through Saturday but failed to take it off my bill.
