Citi Nails

I was told before I got there it would take 40-50 minutes for a French tip and it took an hour and a half. I was on my lunch break and had to take a work call while she was struggling on my nails so this was highly inconvenient. The design didn’t look like the photos when she was done, and so I came back that day for another hour of fixing the design. The second round was not much better than the first round and still didn’t look like the photos. The lines were very sloppy. They would not offer any refund or discount or to see a better nail artist instead. This is actually the worst nail experience I’ve ever had.

I have had all good experiences at Citi Nails when I have gone there occasionally for pedicures!! The girls are all so very nice and friendly and they do an excellent job!! The last couple of times I have been there, Polly? has taken great care of me and I was very satisfied!!! She is very professional and she has a sweet personality as well!!

I don’t always love going to nail salons, but I like coming here because it always feels comfortable. The service is consistently friendly, professional, clean, and long-lasting. Thank you, Citi Nails!

Citi nails did an excellent job! $42 regular polish mani-pedi. The quality for price was very good. They were detailed with the polish application and did not make me feel rushed, encouraging me to stay past their closing time to ensure my nails dried appropriately. I called for an end of day walk in and they told me I could come in right away- on arrival were able to fit me in after a reasonable wait. I didn’t see where they cleaned tools but the pedi bath had a disposable bag for hygiene. The decor is nothing special, but for the price point I didn’t expect any differently.

I love it because they have good service, it's very clean, the workers are very nice and the prices are very affordable
