Citris Nail Spa

I visited citrus spa recently having already been to the other location so I’m familiar with the quality and never had an issue before. That’s until I visited the league city location. The pedicure was great and so was my acrylic set which turned out super cute. During the pedicure my tech really got in deep with the critical nippers making sure to get any ingrown toenails as needed which cause slight bleeding and discomfort. As a cosmetologist who also does nails, I noticed that the sanitation after my pedicure was horrendous. The tech “sanitized” (I can’t even really say sanitized cause that was NOT properly done) with a spray while my feet were STILL laying on the lip of the bowl!! Foot dust and all! Never once did I see anybody disinfect and sanitize said bowl after I had moved to a

Nice location, I usually go to baybrook but was excited to have one closer by me. I’ve been here a few times and it is not a pleasant experience. The tech I’ve been paired with is unfortunately the same and very rude. I get it may not be ideal. I’m not even asking for a smile, but if I’m paying nearly $70 for a pedicure I want it to be enjoyable and not just the tech looking so miserable , feeling unwanted & unwelcome. Will continue to go elsewhere.

I had a fantastic experience at Citris Nail Spa! The staff were friendly and professional, and the salon was immaculate. My nails turned out beautifully, thanks to the attention to detail from my technician. I highly recommend this salon and will definitely be coming back!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 ---

I came in a for full gel x set and showed the technician a picture of how I wanted my nails to be shaped. After “my nails were finished”they were nothing shaped like in the photo. The technician then informed me he couldn’t shape them like in the picture. Let’s just say I’m highly disappointed. (First photo is the shape I asked for and second is what I got) Now I have to go home and try to shape them myself.

Was a little afraid to try a new place out, but I absolutely will be coming back here, I’m happy with how my toe nails came out and the services that were provided were extremely welcoming and friendly. 10/10 for me!!! Thank you Mimi for everything.
