I wasn’t greeted immediately when I walked in. Once I was greeted then I got a seat and they didn’t really ask what I wanted until after removing my set. So, they ended up switching nail techs. The place is bigger than your average nail salon and gives you that luxury vibes. They have drinks 🍹 I got the cat eye nails 💅 it took maybe an hour and a half? I had my set removed and got cat eye on my regular nails. It was powder dip. She did a good job making it even and short and even put a tip on two of my nails to make it match the rest. I didn’t get my lashes done here but it looks like they offer that there too.

My mom works very close to this salon. She isn’t a regular customer but she visits occasionally. Recently the service quality and staff attitude have become poor. In the photo, you can see her nail was cut and bleeding. She went to the salon on November 12, and when she mentioned the bleeding to the receptionist, he gave a dismissive apology and didn’t show any sense of responsibility. He even continued joking with the technician next to him, saying something that made my mom very uncomfortable, as if they were talking about her. I came in on Friday but ran out of time before we could finish, so I returned the next morning. Hello! So I go to this location with my friends frequently for a couple of years now. I had a bad experience which doesn’t happen often. Last week I got a full set and it did not last and kept breaking off one by one. I went back to get them fixed today. The lady that worked there asks how many of them I broke (about 5 just by putting my socks on) anyway, once the lady sees that I have multiple nails broken she goes I can’t fix that! Which is fine she has to redo them. What bothered me was her tone changed and she kind of raised her voice at me! I don’t know if this was because she was annoyed at me, the receptionist, or if she was short on time but her tone definitely changed and she left! She did not come back. I have been going to Citris Nails for several years now. It’s always so nice and clean and you are greeted with friendly smiles. I love Diane, as she is always so helpful and keeps me up to date on the new trends. Would would recommend making an appointment with Diane for your next appointment. She is the best!
