Citrus nails really need to work on their customer service. Simply the worst experience I have had ever. I wasn't asking for much just a smooth looking nail polish. I did not want my nails and feet appearing as if I used a cheese grater. Do better please! I had to leave with the work not finished. The good news I went to Aura Nails and they were very sympathetic and fixed beautifully. I normally do not write reviews but you guys earned this one star. I hope you do better!

POOOOOOR MANAGEMENT and they suck at nails! Very rude and unprofessional. I will literally make sure I never come here again after today. Aura nail bar is WAY BETTER at shaping and taking their time on your nails! They are literally 2 mins away I love them I definitely should have never let citrus do my nails.

Came in to have my nails done for grad pics and Tommy T did EXACTLY what I asked for!! I wanted a natural look that was short, oval-round, and the prettiest pink (228). I’m very pleased with how they turned out! Thanks Tommy T!!

I am very disappointed. I got my dip nail set and gel polish on my toes exactly one week ago. Most of my nails are chipped or cracked. I noticed two chipped nails the third day after getting them done. Then I also have a chipped toe nail. I’ve never had a mani-pedi that didn’t last me at least two weeks until I came here. I do not recommend at all!

0 star. I should have gone to my nail salon in Mesquite. Came in for a fill and to replace a broken nail. Michael gave a cheaper price, Ms nail tech gave another price. They didn’t have the color from my old set and Michael said I could pick a bolder color that will cover it, nail tech said nope, she only fills the gap and I will have two colors. In an attempt to get on the same page, ms nail tech got mad and left…mind you she already put a curved nail tip on when the other nails were straight.
