My experience at Citrynerose was exceptional! Ten out of 10! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist! She was warm and friendly ! Within 5 minutes, Julie’s assistant Vanessa began my service. Vanessa did a hell of a job washing and prepping my hair with color and treatment. She also gave me the best blow dry before my silk press. I sat in Julie chair for my silk press and cut! The best way to describe her in two words: Top Tier!!!!! She really is the best in her craft and her hands are truly blessed. This has been the best silk press and salon service I’ve received. I can’t wait to come back again. Thank you Julie and Staff . I just wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience at Citryne Rose. It had been years since I last visited a hair salon, and I must say, the service I received was absolutely top-notch. From the moment I arrived early, I was greeted warmly and immediately provided with a drape, and my service began without any delay. The atmosphere in the salon was incredibly relaxing, and I felt at ease throughout my visit. Everyone was professional, and the shop was impressively clean, neat, and orderly. Julie herself gave me the best haircut I have ever had, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Thank you to Julie and her amazing staff for making my visit such a pleasant and memorable one. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Julie is truly a master of her craft. I came in for a consultation and ended up booking an appointment, though I was nervous she wouldn’t be able to match my base color. She proved me completely wrong—she matched it perfectly, and my curly cut turned out beautifully. I loved it so much that I immediately booked my color touch-up. At my second visit, Julie checked in with me about my hair and made sure I was still happy with the color from my previous appointment. She was incredibly attentive, and her stylist staff were just as wonderful—friendly, professional, and fun to chat with while they worked with their clients. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish.

I booked to have my weave washed and styled. Shinda did an amazing job and I had a good experience. She made sure the braids underneath were completely dry, and when it came to silk pressing everything, you couldnt tell which was my hair and which was the weave. my silk press is still beautiful days later and has not reverted. I absolutely love how soft, shiny and bouncy it came out. Personality wise she has a calm but welcoming demeanor. She's also humorous and gave me tips on how to take care of my fine natural hair. This has been my first salon experience with her and she has definitely earned a new client. Thank you Shinda!

This is my second time coming to Citryne Rose. First time in March of 2022 and again February 2026. The environment is cozy. My stylist was Shinda. She has yearsss of experience doing hair. I wanted to wait to do a review to be honest about how my hair feels and looked after styling. Unfortunately i didn't take any pictures of the style. I did the Flat Twist Styling which included Wash, Blow Dry and styling. Shinda held me down! Idk what she put in my hair but it retained the most moisture I've ever seen! That is my biggest problem. I usually have to add moisture to my hair every other day. I didn't have to do that at all. I kept this style for about 2 1/2 weeks. I kept the flat twist as the main style but when I took it down my curls were so pretty and again moisturized! Taking into accou
