Burned my WHOLE face. Made me bleed around my mouth. The employee said that I was not bleeding when I asked her lol. Very unprofessional staff. My face is BURNING. She saw how red I was and then went into threading too lol? This has never happened to me. I will never visit this place again.

This was maybe the worst service of anything I’ve ever received. My skin was ripped so many times while she was threading that I left bleeding in many places. She left visible hairs between my brows (made no additional effort to pluck them) and took out a chunk of eyelashes from the center of my left eye. There was also not acknowledgement or apology for any of these mistakes.

Got my eyebrows threaded and my upper lip waxed - I love this place. The prices are great for the quality. They do a neat and clean job. I've been coming here for months now.

I have been going here the last few months while the quality of the work is good for eye brow threading, the staff can be unprofessional at times specifically regarding tips. Meaning if you don’t tip heavily, then you can get a look and an attitude that I got today. I won’t be returning.

I’ve been going to this place for several years now and the ladies here always do a nice job. I get my Brazilian done here w/ wax and they never double dip and are gentle and thorough. I get my eyebrows threaded and tinted and they always look great!
