City Cuts

The staff were friendly but they CANNOT cut hair for the life of them, they don’t know how to fade or blend in a fade AT ALL! Theres a big difference between cosmetology school and barber school!!! Learn how to cut hair!!!! there’s a lot of people that Put their trust in your staff to make them look good and these guys do not do it the right way. 3-10 experience

They lady who cut my hair did a really good job, she was very kind and we had a great conversation... I believe her name was Jessie.

Showed up 6 minutes before my appointment. Was told to wait outside the business for 9 minutes. Came back in after 9 minutes and was told I was 3 minutes late and my appointment was cancelled. Had been coming there since the day they had opened. Always tipped 30%. Someone was having a bad day. Taken my money elsewhere and enjoy telling this experience.

I tried to book an appointment Sunday 10/5/25 using their online booking platform "Viagaro." I have used this platform to book prior appointments with them and with the same person. I got the email notification that my appointment was "requested," but not "confirmed." I booked the appointment at 11:37 am with the requested appointment time of 4:45 pm. Having not received any "confirmation" notification by 4 pm, I tried calling City Cuts, but was quickly hung up on after 5 rings. Turns out supporting a local business isn't always the best thing to do & can lead to disappointment for a loyal repeat customer.

Staff was friendly, but the cuts were really bad. My hair was completely wet after the cut and didn't noticed the straight cut on the bottom until it was dry. Typically they would finish with a blow dry, but not here, I guess. Layer on the top was decent but my hair just has a choppy edge on the longest layers, which is super noticable. Same with my husband's cut. I had to request to wipe the hair off his face, neck, and ears. Then after we left we noticed how uneven the back was entirely. See pictures. Not impressed.
